THE PROCESS
Step 1-
Evaluation: We will talk with you at length to fully understand your business and give you our opinion as exactly what you will need to successfully grow—would it be more beneficial to franchise, form a distributorship, or license?
Step 2- Decisions Made and Information Gathered: All information necessary will be gathered through talks and questionnaires. Strategies and other items will be discussed and decided upon.
Step 3-
Initial Draft of Disclosure Documents and discussion of roll-out plans, support and training arrangements.
Step 4- Our Attorney Reviews Disclosure Documents and discusses state requirements.
Step 5- All Aspects are reviewed at this point. We cover with you everything done up to this point, as well as discuss and prepare for the next steps.
Step 6- Operational Aspects are Dealt with as well as developing and defining the relationship that will be in effect for all outlets. Also, establish rules and ethical standards for both you and the outlets. Most of these are covered in disclosure documents but attitudes and tangible items are not. These are just as important.
Step 7- Sales Brochures and Strategies: All sales materials are finalized and you are taught what must be done during the sales process.
Step 8-
All items are reviewed and finalized along with all other aspects. You are about ready to ROLL-OUT!
